1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TechMintLab's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

TechMintLab provides software development, consulting, and related technology services. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project are defined in individual service agreements.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in deliverables created specifically for a client under a service agreement shall transfer to the client upon full payment.

4. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. We are happy to sign NDAs before project kickoff.

5. Limitation of Liability

TechMintLab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice as specified in the applicable agreement. Outstanding payments remain due upon termination.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
